Hols Pets Attends Showcasing Staffordshire’s Women in Business | Staffordshire County Council

At Hols Pets, we’re always looking for ways to grow, connect, and learn, and attending Showcasing Staffordshire’s Women in Business was an incredible opportunity to do just that. This inspiring event was dedicated to celebrating and empowering women in business, bringing together like-minded individuals to share experiences, advice, and motivation.
From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was buzzing with energy. It was a fantastic day filled with networking, insightful discussions, and talks from successful female entrepreneurs who have carved their paths in the business world. Hearing their journeys and challenges was not only eye-opening but also incredibly encouraging as I continue to develop Hols Pets and work towards my goals.
One of the biggest highlights was having the chance to discuss my business plan with other ambitious women. Talking about my goals, getting feedback, and hearing fresh perspectives gave me a boost of motivation to push forward with my plans for growth. It reinforced the importance of surrounding yourself with a strong support network of fellow entrepreneurs who understand the highs and lows of business ownership.
Of course, no event is complete without good food, and I have to say, the lunch was lovely! But the real treat? Lemon cake - my absolute favourite dessert. You can’t go wrong with a day that combines business inspiration with a slice of cake!
Attending events like this is a reminder of why I started Hols Pets in the first place: to build something I’m passionate about while making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners. I left the event feeling inspired, with new ideas and connections that will undoubtedly help drive my business forward.
A huge thank you to everyone who made Showcasing Staffordshire’s Women in Business such a brilliant experience. I can’t wait to put everything I’ve learned into action and continue growing Hols Pets into the best it can be!
