Hols Pets offers personalised cat sitting visits designed to keep cats relaxed, settled and comfortable in their own home while you’re away.
Rather than the stress of unfamiliar surroundings, visits are built around maintaining your cat’s usual routine as closely as possible in their own home. Every cat is different, and my approach reflects that, from playful and confident cats to those who prefer quiet reassurance and familiarity.
Over the years, I’ve been lucky to care for a wide range of cats long-term, building trust through calm, consistent visits and genuinely getting to know their personalities, routines and individual needs.
What’s Included in My Cat Sitting Service?
Feeding and Hydration: Ensuring your cats have fresh food and water.
Litter Tray Cleaning: Keeping their environment clean and pleasant.
Companionship: Spending quality time with your cats to keep them entertained and comfortable.
Grooming: Where appropriate, I am more than happy to brush and comb your cats.
Regular Updates: I provide updates and photos for your peace of mind.
Additional Home Care: Upon request, I can:
Put out bins / bring them in.
Open and close curtains / blinds.
Water indoor plants. (Outdoor plants subject to request).
Bring in post and parcels.
Turn lights on and off.
The aim is to always keep your cats (and your home) safe, settled and well looked after while you’re away.
Why Choose Me?
Hols Pets was built on the belief that pet care should feel calm, consistent and genuinely personal. Alongside years of hands-on experience working with animals, I also hold a range of qualifications within the animal industry.
But more importantly, I genuinely care about understanding the animals I work with. Whether it’s gaining the trust of a shy cat, maintaining familiar routines, or recognising when something feels slightly “off”, my focus is always on thoughtful, attentive care rather than rushed visits or high-volume scheduling.
Every visit is tailored to each cat’s individual needs, helping them feel safe, settled and comfortable in their own home environment.
Service Areas
I cover the following areas:
Stretton
Rolleston
Tutbury
Anslow
Horninglow

Here are some kind words from my clients

“Holly looks after my two demanding and spoilt cats like they are her own! I cannot recommend Holly enough. She is very reliable. It’s a pleasure, when returning home, to find two very relaxed and happy cats.”

“I completely lucked out finding Holly to care for my two rescue kittens. They absolutely adore her and go running to greet her every visit, which says so much after their difficult start in life. I never worry when I’m away knowing they’re safe, settled and cared for in their own home. Holly goes above and beyond and I truly wouldn’t use anybody else..”

“Holly has looked after our cat Dusty for over a year now whenever we’ve been away. Dusty isn’t very good with strangers, but Holly has done an amazing job of slowly gaining her trust. It’s so reassuring knowing she’s in safe hands while we’re away.”

“From the very first meeting, Mr George took to Holly straight away. She provided regular updates, kept him fed and entertained, and even captured the most beautiful photos of him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Holly and will definitely be booking again in the future.”
